I am a licensed Marriage + Family Therapist. I've worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and in private practice for the last 11 years and I love what I do. I've worked in many settings- universities, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, out-patient clinics, elementary and high schools and in foster care. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health, which means much of my work is with women, men and couples who are contemplating pregnancy, are expecting and who are parenting. I help my clients navigate the intense time of new and early parenthood.
I am also a Bay Area Coordinator for Postpartum Support International and Instructor at Then Comes Baby and a mama of two.
