My Philosophy

Motherhood has never felt more overwhelming or isolating than it does for modern mothers. Inadequate social supports, an ever-increasing comparison-based culture, and the realities of raising a child in todayโ€™s troubled world leaves parents feeling burnt out, anxious, and overwhelmed. They need and deserve the time and space to share their real and raw experiences and feelings about what itโ€™s really like to be a parent today. Therapy should be a place to process and honor all of it, no judgment. Mothers were never meant to parent in isolation. By prioritizing the mental, emotional and psychological health of mothers, all of society benefits.
